By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with Misscat you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Misscat retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

PRICES

All prices are charged in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

For international customers, all prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. 

ONLINE PROMOTIONS

During online promotions all discounted prices are as marked, unless a promotional code needs to be entered at Checkout to redeem the offer. No further discounts will apply and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers are available only while stocks last, for a limited time only and can end without notice.

For a limited time receive free STANDARD POSTAGE delivery when you place an order of $50.00 AUD or more. Available for a limited time only. Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $50 after discount. 

SHIPPING

All Australian deliveries are shipped via Australia Post. It’s important to us that you receive your purchases timeously. During sale and promotional periods your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch. If you want your order to be prioritised, an Express Post option is available on checkout. This is a registered Express Post Service and the rate will apply irrespective of purchase value or the number of items on the order. It is strongly recommended that all international customers select the Express Post option as orders sent via the non-trackable standard mail option often experience lengthy delays. While every effort is made to display the colours of our products appearing on this web-site as accurately as possible, colours do vary from monitor to monitor. We thus cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.

  • EXPRESS POSTAGE
 Express deliveries will be processed the same day provided we receive the order before 1pm and will be delivered the next day if it's within the Australian Post's Express Post Network. Please refer to the Australia Post delivery areas here.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    You are able to track your delivery - once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number if you have choosen a trackable option.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Sorry – we don’t exchange change of mind items purchased on-line.

Should you choose to return the item to our on-line store, postage costs will be at your expense unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, please contact our customer service team at sales@misscat.store

we encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Misscat.

To obtain a refund you must meet the following return policy conditions;

  • item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
  • item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached; and
  • the tax invoice/receipt or a matching bank statement must be provided as proof of purchase

All returns should be addressed to the address provided via email when contacting sales@misscat.store
On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of the item minus the postage fee. If you received free shipping because your purchase exceeded $50, the shipping fee will be recovered from your refund amount should the purchase value be less than $50 after the return.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

As Misscat is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
In the case that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty product, please contact our customer service team at sales@misscat.store

We will need to retrieve the item in order to refund or exchange it. You will be sent a return label which can be printed out and presented at the post office with your package for free return postage.

To obtain a refund or exchange for a faulty or incorrectly supplied on-line item you must meet the following return policy conditions:

  • incorrectly supplied items must be in original saleable condition with all packaging and labels/tags intact
  • the tax invoice or order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
